You agree not to use VanityGuru services or any purchased number for:

• Fraud, deception, or impersonation
• Harassment, threats, or abuse
• Spam, unlawful robocalling, or unsolicited messaging
• Evading law enforcement or circumventing security measures
• Any violation of a receiving carrier’s terms of service
• Any activity that violates applicable local, state, or federal law

We may suspend or terminate accounts and refuse service for violations of this policy. Numbers obtained through prohibited use are not covered by the Replacement Guarantee.
